The fare
You agree the price before you get in.
When you enter your route, SeyApp quotes a fare and holds it. That is what you pay, unless the trip itself changes.
Add a stop, change where you are going, or keep the driver waiting past the included time, and the fare adjusts. The difference is itemised for you. Nothing is added quietly, and nothing is decided at the kerb.
- Base fare A fixed starting amount for the tier you choose.
- Distance A per-kilometre rate across the route you entered.
- Waiting time Per minute, and only if your driver waits beyond the free minutes included.
- Airport surcharge Added on airport runs, and shown in the quote before you book.

How it works
Follow the whole trip
See your driver’s name, rating, car and number plate before they arrive, then watch them approach on the map. Message them in the app if you need to.
Add stops on the way
Picking someone up or dropping something off? Add stops when you book and the quote accounts for them upfront.
Cash or card
Pay the driver in rupees at the end, or save a card. Card payments are held when you book and only taken once the trip is done.
Drivers who are checked
Every driver’s licence, insurance and taxi licence are verified before they can accept a single passenger.
Cancellations that are fair
Free before a driver accepts and for 2 minutes after. If your driver is running 5 minutes or more late, cancelling stays free. Any charge is shown before you confirm.
